Any candidate for this position must be able to perform patient evaluations and develop and implement effective patient treatment plans. They must act in accordance with federal, state and professional standards governing the facility and their discipline—while also meeting the following requirements:
- Graduated from an Accredited Speech and Language Pathology Program
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Current license or willingness to obtain one
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Have the ability to relate to patients and staff professionally, positively, and cooperatively
- Must be comfortable with taking directions and in a position of leadership
